My course does not show as complete

For a course to show as complete, the completion settings need to be set up correctly.


You can set completion criteria to each activity. But you also need to set completion criteria of the course. These criteria will determine if a course is successfully completed or not.


  • Go to your course.
  • Click on “Completion settings” on the course content page.
  • On this screen select the course completion criteria. Most used is the activity completion. Here you can select the activities that will count to completed the course.
  • When all selected activities are completed, the course will mark as completed.


If the course completion settings are set correctly, make sure the activities completion settings are also set correctly. If the course still does not show as complete, please contact our support team.
