Goals

User Goals are Descriptions of goals that users want to achieve.

Enable Goals feature

First enable the Goals feature.

  1. Open the admin menu.
  2. Click on features.
  3. Set the Goals feature to yes.

Now a new menu item "Goals"  appears in the admin menu.

Create a Goal

  1. Open the admin menu.
  2. Click on Goals and select Manage Goals.
  3. Click on Add Goal.
  4. Fill in the fields:
    1. Tile: Visible title name.
    2. Status: Choose if the Goal is enabled.
    3. Description: Information about the Goal.
  5. Click on Save changes.

Assign/remove people from a Goal

  1. Open the admin menu.
  2. Click on Goals and select Manage Goals.
  3. Click on the star icon at a Goal.
  4. Select the people you want to assign or remove from a Goal.
  5. Click on add or remove

Managing Goals 

  1. Open the admin menu.
  2. Click on Goal and select Manage Goals. You see an overview of the Goals. 
  3. The action menu contains:
    1. Edit: When you click on the gear icon you can edit the title, status and description.
    2. Assign Goals: When you click on the star you can add/remove people to the goal.
