Evaluations


Enable Evaluations feature

First enable the Evaluations feature.

  1. Open the admin menu.
  2. Click on features.
  3. Set the Evaluations feature to yes.

Now a new menu item "Evaluations"  appears in the admin menu.

Create a Evaluation 

  1. Open the admin menu.
  2. Click on Evaluations and select Manage Evaluations.
  3. Search for the users you want to add a new evaluation to.
  4. Click on New Evaluation.
  5. Fill in the fields:
    1. Date & Time: Date & Time when the new evaluation will take place.
    2. Location: Location where the evaluation will take place. 
    3. Online Meeting: URL to the online meeting.
    4. Message: Message for the user.
  6. Click on Add Evaluation.

Add Review to Evaluation

  1. Open the admin menu.
  2. Click on Evaluations and select Manage Evaluations.
  3. Search for the users you want to manage the evaluation for.
  4. Click on the date you want to manage.
  5. Click in the bottom left corner on add review.
  6. Click on Save.


Edit Evaluation Review 

  1. Open the admin menu.
  2. Click on Evaluations and select Manage Evaluations.
  3. Search for the users you want to manage the evaluation for.
  4. Click on the date you want to manage.
  5. Click in the bottom left corner on edit review.
  6. Click on Save.
